Goemon Kanji Name Art is designed with privacy as a default. We collect the minimum amount of information necessary to generate your kanji design, and we do not store it. This page explains exactly what happens to the information you enter and what we do — and do not — do with it.

Goemon Kanji Name Art はプライバシー保護を前提に設計されています。デザイン生成に必要な最小限の情報のみを扱い、それらを保存しません。本ページでは、お客様が入力された情報がどのように処理されるか、当方が何を行い、何を行わないかを明記します。

1. What Happens to Your Name 入力された名前の扱い

When you type a name into our generator, it is sent to our server, converted to a katakana pronunciation and kanji combinations, and returned to your browser. Your name is processed in memory and is not written to any database, log file, or long-term storage. Once the response is sent, we retain no record of the name you entered.

Standard server operation records (such as request timestamps, HTTP status codes, and IP addresses) may appear in transient hosting-provider logs used for security and troubleshooting. These are handled by our hosting provider (Render) under their own privacy practices.

お客様がジェネレーターに名前を入力すると、当方のサーバーに送信され、カタカナ発音と漢字の組み合わせに変換されてブラウザに返されます。入力された名前はメモリ上で処理され、データベース・ログファイル・長期保存領域には一切書き込まれません。応答を返した後、当方には入力名の記録は残りません。

リクエスト時刻・HTTPステータス・IPアドレス等の一般的なサーバー稼働記録は、セキュリティおよびトラブルシューティングのため、ホスティング事業者（Render）の一時的なログに現れる可能性があります。これらは Render 独自のプライバシー方針の下で扱われます。

2. What We Do Not Collect 当方が収集しないもの

・アクセス解析サービス（Google Analytics 等）による訪問追跡は行いません。
・広告目的のクッキーや行動追跡は行いません。
・ユーザープロファイルやアカウントの構築は行いません。
・マーケティング目的で第三者にユーザーデータを販売・貸与・共有することはありません。
・本サービスの利用にアカウント登録は不要です。

3. Local Browser Storage ブラウザのローカルストレージ

The Service uses your browser's localStorage — which is stored on your own device, not our server — for the following:

本サービスは、以下の目的でブラウザの localStorage（お客様のデバイス上に保存され、当方のサーバーには送信されません）を利用します:
・「管理者モード」フラグ（運営者のみが使用。一般のお客様には設定されません）

これらはブラウザの設定から随時削除いただけます。

4. Design Restore Keys デザイン復元キー

When you preview a design in our purchase modal, we generate a "restore key" — a signed token that encodes your name, chosen kanji, and product settings. This key does not contain any tracking identifier and is not linked to your identity. If you provide it in a Zazzle order message, we use it only to reproduce the exact design you saw.

購入モーダルでデザインをプレビューすると、お客様の名前・選択された漢字・商品設定を含む署名付きトークン「復元キー」が生成されます。このキーには追跡用の識別子は含まれず、お客様の身元と紐付けられることもありません。Zazzleの注文メッセージにご提供いただいた場合、当方はご覧になったデザインを正確に再現する目的でのみ利用します。

5. Purchases (Handled by Zazzle) ご購入（Zazzle が担当）

All purchases are processed by Zazzle, Inc. through their platform. When you complete a purchase, Zazzle collects and handles your name, shipping address, email address, and payment information under their own Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your payment details, and we do not receive your shipping address unless you separately share it with us.

ご購入はすべて Zazzle, Inc. のプラットフォームを通じて処理されます。ご購入時、Zazzleがお客様の氏名・配送先住所・メールアドレス・決済情報を収集し、Zazzle独自のプライバシーポリシーの下で取り扱います。当方は決済情報にアクセスすることはなく、お客様が別途共有いただかない限り配送先住所を受け取ることもありません。

6. Third-Party Services on This Page 本ページ上の第三者サービス

To render the page, we load web fonts from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google Fonts causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which may record standard technical information (IP address, browser type). We do not send any user input to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on their handling.

ページ表示のため、Google Fonts からウェブフォントを読み込んでいます。Google Fonts からのフォント読み込みにより、お客様のブラウザが Google のサーバーにリクエストを送り、標準的な技術情報（IPアドレス、ブラウザ種別等）が記録される可能性があります。当方から Google にユーザー入力を送信することはありません。詳細は Google のプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。

7. Web Speech (Audio Playback) 音声再生機能について

The "Hear it" audio feature uses your browser's built-in Web Speech API to speak the pronunciation. This runs locally in your browser; some browsers may route the request through their platform's speech service (e.g., Google, Apple) as part of standard OS behavior. If you use the microphone-based "Fix pronunciation" feature, your voice is processed by your browser's speech recognition, subject to your OS/browser's own policies. We do not receive or store your voice input.

「Hear it」音声機能はブラウザ内蔵の Web Speech API を利用しています。ブラウザによっては、標準的なOS動作の一部として、プラットフォームの音声サービス（Google、Apple 等）にリクエストが経由される場合があります。マイクによる「Fix pronunciation」機能を使用された場合、音声はブラウザの音声認識により処理され、OS・ブラウザ独自の方針に従います。当方が音声入力を受信・保存することはありません。

8. Children's Privacy お子様のプライバシー

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can address it.

本サービスは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。当方は13歳未満のお子様から個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。保護者の方でお子様が情報を当方に提供したとお考えの場合は、下記までご連絡ください。

9. International Users 海外のご利用者様へ

The Service is operated from Japan. If you access it from outside Japan, please be aware that your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

本サービスは日本から運営されています。日本国外からアクセスされる場合、お客様の情報はお住まいの国以外のサーバーで処理・保管される可能性があります。本サービスをご利用いただくことで、この移転に同意されたものとみなします。

10. Your Rights お客様の権利

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR for the EU/UK, CCPA for California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because we do not retain the names or other personal information you enter, there is typically nothing for us to retrieve or delete. If you have made a Zazzle purchase, please direct data-subject requests concerning that purchase to Zazzle directly.

お住まいの国や地域（EU・英国のGDPR、カリフォルニア州のCCPA等）によっては、当方が保有するお客様の個人情報へのアクセス・訂正・削除を求める権利をお持ちの場合があります。当方は入力された名前等の個人情報を保持していないため、通常、開示・削除の対象となる情報はありません。Zazzle でご購入された内容に関するデータ主体としての請求は、Zazzle に直接お申し出ください。

11. Changes to This Policy 本ポリシーの変更

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for a reasonable period.
